Recently we had our new vehicle vandalized. Fortunately, the person was caught and has to pay restitution. That aside, it was still very upsetting. Not only because we were victimized but also because it meant finding someone we could trust not to rob us blind and someone who does quality work. We are very happy to say we found both in Arsen Avetisyan at Richland Collision Services. Arsen was one of the 6 plac... view morees I went to get quotes from. Sure, maybe that`s overkill, but as a woman going alone to get a quote that has anything to do with repairing a car, I really wanted to see who was going to give me an honest price and who might take advantage of me. It turns out 4 out of 6 of the businesses were in the same ballpark. The other two were $400 and $1000 more! After weeding out the scoundrels, it was a no-brainer. I knew I wanted to take the car to Arsen. My husband spoke with him as well and we were in agreement, he was the one! When speaking with Arsen it is obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. I truly feel that he didn`t treat our car any differently than any of the much, much more expensive classic cars he restores. He is polite, respectful, humble and doesn`t make you feel like you are just another paycheck. A true professional. One of the things I liked the most is that of all the places I went, only at Richland Collision Services was I able to speak to the person who was actually going to be the one painting our car. When you are able to speak to the person who is going to do the work, like we were able to with Arsen, it really makes it easy to make a confident decision. Not only that, but seeing photographs of his work and being able to see a vehicle he won an award for restoring parked right in front makes it even easier! Our car looks like the beautiful car it was before, if not better! If the need ever arises again, we will definitely go to Arsen. Thanks Arsen!
