Tried to hire this company to ...

Tried to hire this company to work on my car because it wouldn`t start. He told me he wouldn`t work on my car unless I got authorization from my apartment complex`s manager. Okay, fair enough. My manager`s off for the day but I contact the maintenance guy, who says he has the authority to allow that, and says that he`s perfectly fine with it. I call him back, and reach his voicemail. I leave a message w/ the maintena... view morence guy`s phone number and my own phone number, and wait. I end up calling 4 times over the period of 4 hours, and leaving 2 voicemails hoping he would get back to me, and it`s now 8 hours later and nothing. I was depending on this guy to come through and look at my car because I have no way to get to work otherwise and he let me down. Never calling him again.
