Scratched the Interior of my Car

While installing the tint on the back of my brand new car, the Auburn location scratched the rear panel behind and in between the rear seats. This is made out of the same material as the dash board, and unfortunately there is no way of fixing it. It was not just one scratch either, there were multiple scratches. When we went back and complained to them, they denied it was them!!! No one else has been in the back seat... view more since purchasing the car a week ago. After arguing with them for a while they said, "well it is in writing that we are not responsible to damages to vehicle while installing tint." True, I should have read that before, and even then who would have thought they would have done such a terrible job, but i guess who would guarantee sloppy work. I would have been ok if they atleast try to pay for some of the cost o freplacing the panel or refunded a percentage of the tint job, but they did not even bother to ask.

Loved Them

This place is fantastic and professional, my window tint job was bubbling and Jerome was able to find a way to fix it with a discount due to a film warranty that he had researched and found. Would recommend this place to anyone, it is worth the drive if you don`t live right in Renton.

This place is better than you thought! I am impressed!

I was worried at first from the previous bad reviews. But this place give me the best quote, so I thought I will give it a shot. I did not regret. The work was done fast, clean and nice. Great warranty! I would recommend.

Awsome service with a smile!!

Thank you so much for your friendly, skilled, service. There are a lot tinting companies out there but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest in their humble aproach to the work. Another place may have done just a good a job but they wouldn`t have left feeling as good about paying for the work. Jerome gives each customer a feeling that they are family. Avoid that place!!!!!!!!

This is a too expensive place to get your car`s windows tinted and they do a very poor job. I had my client car tinted there not too long ago and I`m very unhappy with the job. A lot of dust between the film and window. Scratches on almost all the films before I even roll down the windows. There`s cut marks on outside edges of windows. I don`t even want to take it back because I`m afraid they going to mess up car e... view moreven more than they did. I brought that car to other place, and they are fixed all that mess as possible. Don`t be stupid like I was, at the end you`ll paying more and wasting your time.
