Great service

Got a phone estimate, made an appointment, dropped off vehicle. Tune-up was done on time, made a big difference in performance, and they stuck to the estimate. Didn`t try to sell me anything I didn`t want or need. Nice courteous personnel.

Outstanding

Used them 6 or 7 times. Best prices, quality parts, very quick service (same day, usually), free estimates, free local towing on a flat bed truck. While I was busy with other projects, they actually picked up my non-running truck on the flat bed, called 2 hours later with estimate (significantly less than 3 other local places I called, including Jeff`s - none offered towing), fixed it, and delivered it back to me ... view moreon the same day. Paid with card the exact price I was quoted. By the way estimates are always what I`ve paid and always include taxes and everything else. 10/04/09 reviewer is nuts.

Sleezy crooks

The reason why auto repair shop have a bad reputation. Take a look at this shop. They charge for work unperform. Ex. would be no fuel due to fuel relay but get charge for fuel pump. Or car comes in with a problem but upon diagnosing it. No issues present but still gets charge for some parts and labor for no issues. Alot of times they won`t even change the parts and still gets charge. A common one is bringing i... view moren a car for oil change and filter. The filter just gets spray with parts cleaner and cleans the residue to make it look new and stays back on. This is a common practice of theirs. I would not trust this shop at all.
