A+ tire shop

Just bought x4 tires, allignment, & oil change. Pricing was fair and service quick. It`s nice having a shop that I feel I can trust. I found the Tire Factory after Les Schwab tried to rip me off ($200 to fix my TPMS sensors - rip off)

Freewheeling mechanic disrespected my car

Big O has decent prices but charge d a bit more than Les Schwab, where i will go from now on. The reason? I arrived close to closing with a flat tire. The reception was very respectful, but the mechanic handling my car obviously wanted to get off work. He drove it into the garage so fast that he missed the mark and my car dropped a few feet off the pedestal. Moreover, when i confronted him about the way he had just h... view moreandled my car he only laughed at me!
Having just paid a small fortune to repair my car after an accident, i did not think this was funny at all. There is no excuse for an employee acting so wrecklessly, at any time of the work day, with another person`s property. Hopefully, BigO has corrected the problem at this location.
