Poor communication!

I am not sure if they are good mechanics or not. But we dropped off our car on Thursday, They promised to call us on Friday. We called on Monday - and they said they are getting to the car that afternoon. We called on Tuesday and Wednesday - finally they told us they did not have time to get to it..... This just won`t work with us - we were car-less for a week and then some...

Doesn`t Get Any Better Than This

Six years and counting, four different makes and models of cars, problems ranging from minor to major on each, and K&S has kept us coming back, most recently for water in the gas tank on our Toyota Corolla....Exemplary service - always a spot on diagnosis of the problem(s),always have come in under estimate for repair costs, always have been on time finishing the job (or if complications arise they are quick to infor... view morem you of same with a friendly phone call), and always have made sure we were completely satisfied with their work when all is said and done. The Worst Service I have ever gotten

I dropped off my car at k and s on thurs its now tues of the next week still havent heard anthing they said they were fixing my car and it would be done on monday nope not done then they said tues morning they would get the part at 9 am i called at 1240 they said it was getting test driven its now 3 seriously 2 1/2 hrs to test drive a car this is ridiculous i need my car for work i was quoted a different price as wel... view morel they switched it from 630.00 to 730.00 saying my thermostat needed to be replaced when i just got it replaced back in sept of 09 im still waiting hoping they will call today i live all the way in north seattle so if they call around 4 it will be pointless to go get it unless i want to be home by 730ish i dont know what else to say other than i wouldnt not recommend this place to anyone

The Best Automotive Shop In Town

I have been using K&S for years on an old Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep is now being used by teenagers and they have had issues - but every time K&S has been quick to diagnose the problem and provide repairs, every time at a lower price and on time than other local shops. Look no further - this is THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP AROUND!

BEST Auto Shop in the Seattle Met. area

My engine light came on, and even though the car was running great, I was worried that something major was wrong. We called in the morning to see if they could take a look and were told to stop by. I got there around lunchtime and they pulled my car right into the garage and ran the tests. Fortunately, it turned out to be nothing major. While I went down the street and had lunch, they fixed my car, called me earl... view moreier than they had projected and even offered to come and pick me up (I had walked down the street even though they had offered to drive me wherever I wanted to go). The final price was less than the estimate and I was on my way. Awesome place and group of people working there. I will never need to worry about where to take my finicky car again.

THE BEST EVER!!

Oh, my gosh, K & S are by far the best place to have repairs done on your car ever!! Very reliable and honest and stand by the work 100%!! I would not even think about going to another place, they are the best ever!! I have been going to them for several years.

Friendly, fast and fairly priced

I am a young woman and I hate to admit it but I do not know much about cars and because of that I have been ripped off by auto shops in the past. When I need my AC fixed this summer I was determined not to repeat past mistakes. I called approx. 15 auto shops for quotes and was getting frustrated by high prices and rude service until I called K&S. They were extremely friendly and quoted me the lowest price out of a... view morell the places I called. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day and although they had to drive to get a special part from the dealer, they did not charge me any more than the quote and did take longer than 1 hour to finish their work. My AC has been working great ever since and I highly recommend K&S to anyone who wants honest and friendly service.

Finally!!! A good place to get my car fixed.

So i finally found a great place due to reliability, honesty, and overall quality. As soon as i walked in i got quick service and an honest estimate. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong and also got a good estimate. Best of all, i got my car back way before i expected. This is a place where you don`t have to worry about bullsh!t. Finally, i found a place where it is not only honest as well as expensive. A++
