Didn`t solve our problem or ev...

Didn`t solve our problem or even offer a suggestion - that didn`t stop them from charging us for something that didn`t make a difference and still left me stranded on the mountain side overheated. My husband, who dealt with them initially was working, so I finished up with them. Felt I was brushed off because I was female and we were travelling so wouldn`t have the opportunity to redress the issue. I have close to ... view morezero mechanical knowledge but knew that the "fix" offered by the shop wasn`t going to make a difference...when I tried to address it in shop, I just felt like I wasn`t being listened to and was being rushed out the door. In their defense, we never had a chance to revisit the area and give them a chance to do the right thing. - Also they had to deal with us separately - which invites miscommunication. I don`t even have the rig they worked on anymore it`s been so long ago - but that kind of underscores how unsatisfied I am with their performance that its still on my mind. I would never go back, but I wouldn`t categorically say no one should ever give them a try...I would suggest have only one person talk to them, get a thorough estimate and ask them to go over the proposed repairs step by step and what you hope to get out of it and moreover - be sure you have time to come back to the shop if you are unsatisfied. I can`t shake the feeling that they took advantage of the fact that we were "travelling through". Quick money and no accountability.
