A little over a year ago, I purchased a 2006 Jetta VW TDI. I was very skeptical about taking my car to a Dealer for any kind of service. Because I had a diesel, I decided to chance it just one time and scheduled a service with Hannah VW. My most recent service was March 15th. This was our fourth car we bought at Dick Hannah. We honestly tried another dealer when we bought our Corvette but man am I glad thats over. Problem after problem. I WILL NEVER SHOP FOR A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE AS LONG AS I LIVE! Bill Farra is a good guy, fun to shop with and hang around too! He makes you feel at ease, no pressure,a great sense of humor. We bring our Crossfire to this

We bring our Crossfire to this dealership for oil changes etc..they are always friendly, fast and thorough. I appreciate the time service writer Kerry takes to make sure that all my concerns are addressed. Last time I was there the total time that they had estimated for my services was less than 1/2 of the original quote. Yay, happy me! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great Service from the Silver Team!!!!

Once again, Dick Hannah Chrysler Silver team provided GREAT service! They changed my oil, replaced my battery and battery cables AND saved me a few bucks! poor service

we recently took our Dodge pickup in to have the heater core replaced they said it would be a 6 hour job, after not hearing from the service dept all day we called & they said they would call back, when they did call back we were told that they were almost done & would try to finish by the end of the day, alas didnt get finished will be done on monday, called Monday to check on progress they will have to call us back... view more .finally several hours later recieved the call.This service guy informs me that they are onlt half way done & will try to get it done by the end of the day.i said are you kidding I was told this would take six hours, he stated back sometimes 6 hours turns into 2 days. after today it may turn into 3 or ????.I wont be using this dealer again. Now I have to tell my husband that the truck still is""nt done,I told him to take it to the dealer so it can be done right by people who know what they`re doing.Now I have egg on my face. Dont take your car here to get repaired unless you have plenty of time to wait & wait & wait,Also they are not big on keeping you up to date , We made the calls & had to wait always for someone to returns the calls

Hung out to dry

This was the worst sales team I have ever crossed paths with. I worked in finance for 16 years and if I handled a car deal like this team of inefficient, unorganized, non-professional sales associates I would have been in the unemployment line. I traded in and purchased a car with a credit coming back to me and I still am waiting for my proceed check after two weeks of the deal being signed. Phone call after phone call all I get is the run around! Disgusted!

Steve Bushey was great. He went completely out of his way to locate a vehicle I was looking for. He was also extremely patient and friendly with my child during the entire purchase process. Even though the vehicle was used, it was aboslutely immaculate inside and outside.

No pressure Saleman.....Seth was calm, cool and collective.

The Saleman at Dick hannah Chrysler(Seth) was cool as cool hand Luke. I didnt feel any pressure nor frustrated when buying my truck at Dick hannah`s Chrysler.(go to Seth). He was professional, laid back and nice to work with. Overall service was pretty good, considering the transaction was on a Sunday late afternoon. I also received a descent trade in value for my car too. Satisfied customer here.

Brought my 2005 Caravan in for service. Price was 30% below the estimate. They also hung my spare tire for free. Service was quick and efficient.
