TAKING TIME

The staff was very courteous and friendly. My car broke down on my way over to Spokane to see my grandmother the young lady in the front was very knowledgable for being so young, she helped me get my car looked at the technicians were friendly and stayed through their lunch and after 5pm when they close to get my car done so I could get over the pass before the weekend. Quality service

I`ve been using this facility for about 7 years. They have always been very polite and friendly. I`ve had different vehicles (Mazda, Dodge van, F350 6.0 Deisel) in here and they had always done very good work and backed up their service with no hassles. They don`t promise when then can`t deliver and they won`t be pressured into making commitments they know are unrealistic. As a customer, I know that if I do my pa... view morert in the relationship (be polite, patient, understanding, respectful, etc.) these people will treat me well and do a great job. I don`t demand, I don`t try to tell them how to do their jobs. They seem to value me as a customer and I certainly value them as a great resource I can trust to maintain my vehicles.
