Best in the NW!!
I moved here from Florida a year ago. Drove my 99 Jeep all the way here, which now has 235,000 miles on it and is still going strong. Needless to say I have a love affair with my truck and I am very picky about who I take it to for service. I don`t mind driving the hour that it takes me to get to North Bend from Everett because I know that when I get there I will receive expert service at a fair price. I did take my ... view moretruck to one place before I took it out to Cedar Falls Automotive and they wanted to charge me nearly 500.00 to replace my rear end. When Ken looked at it he said this wasn`t necessary and what he fixed was a whole lot less and I haven`t had any issues with my rear end at all. I also like the fact that I`m not getting charged for just having Ken take a look at my Jeep unlike other places who do. So if your looking for excellent service at a great price I would highly recommend you try Cedar Falls Automotive. Ken and Michelle take a lot of pride in being small business owners and I know they won`t disappoint.

We had a great experience with Cedar Falls Automotive. They recently did the 30K service on our Nissan Murano, saving us over $200 from what the dealer wanted to charge AND did the work in four hours on a Sunday afternoon! We were very happy with the both the service and convinience and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We consider this business and ...
We consider this business and its wonderful owners a Godsend. We were driving from Seattle toward Moscow, ID on I-90 in pouring rain when our windshield wipers started going crazy and finally died. Fortunately, we were near an off-ramp, and found an O`Reilly`s store. The employee there looked at the problem and told us we had probably stripped a gear and needed a mechanic. He gave us the card for Cedar Falls Automoti... view moreve and sent us on our way. We called for directions, and when we got confused and lost, called again. Michelle stayed on the phone and got us there in spite of the fact that I was driving side-ways to look out the side of the windshield that was sort of working. We came prepared for a big problem, but within a few minutes, Mr. Wonderful Mechanic had tightened two bolts, made a couple of adjustments, and told us we were good to go. When we asked what we owed him, he said "absolutely nothing." I know a business can`t make a go of it by never charging anyone, but they certainly have created some good will, and I hope that others who live nearby will make good use of them. May your business prosper!

Best SHOP!!!!
I had the most wonderful experience with Cedar Falls Automotive. They are AMAZING people. I?ˆ™m from Spokane and I was driving over to Seattle before my last quarter of school started. The week before I left, my Camry had been leaking oil pretty badly, so I took it in to a local shop to get serviced and taken care of. Apparently, there was a leak in my oil gasket, which had also soaked and destroyed my timing belt. In ... view moreaddition, I also had to purchase a new water pump. My bill was around 1,000.00 which is a lot for anyone, but especially a college student working part time. So, believing my car was fixed, I drove to Seattle, ended up breaking down outside of North Bend. Cedar Falls was the only shop open on the weekends, and right off the bat, I knew that they were good people. Michelle, who is part owner with her husband, was so easy to communicate with in regards to the symptoms of my car, directions to the shop, etc. When we arrived with the tow truck, she immediately opened the hood, and noticed a hole in the ENGINE. Yes, the engine, and of course, there was oil leaking everywhere. She informed me that there wasn?ˆ™t going to be good news. I really appreciated how honest she was about the whole ordeal because I did not experience that in Spokane. My car was not drivable and obviously needed a new engine, but I decided not to go through with another repair because of the car?ˆ™s worth. The next day when I returned to pay for the junk yard and removal fee, Michelle told me there was no charge. I still can?ˆ™t believe it. She and her husband understood the hell I had been through during those past 48 hours, and they didn?ˆ™t care. They are truly amazing and trustworthy people. I recommend that anyone who has a car issue in that area GO TO THEM!! I can?ˆ™t stress the fact enough that they made my experience so much less stressful, and listened to my concerns rather than trying to get a buck out of me. Thank you so much Cedar Falls!

happy camper
Just a note to express our appreciation for all the service you give us! I brought the Camry home yesterday and vacuumed the interior and when I got around to the trunk, I noticed Ken had fixed (well, at least made less obvious) the big booboo I made in the rear bumber! That`s service above and beyond and we wanted to say "thank you, thank you".
