Dishonest people!!

We got a oil change coupon from QFC the other day. On the coupon, it says no appointment necessary. We went in the first time, the woman told us they didn`t have time for oil change that day. Second time, as soon as she saw the coupon, she told us nobody is available at that moment while some mechanics were just sitting in the next room. I don`t know how they stay in business with such dishonest!
