Service Department is a Rip Off

We bought a new car from Mazda of Everett a few years ago. Every time we went in for service we had to deal with their rude and obnoxious service manager. He has no idea how to treat customers and will rip you off every chance he gets. I don`t know why anyone would ever go back. We`ve made our last trip to these slimy rip off artists.

Best service ever!

The service provided by your shop is outstanding. I have dealt with Kevin for years and he always takes car of all my service needs. Your service is the best I have encountered in the Seattle area. I believe your dealership is the best Mazda dealership in the state. And I love the free car washes.

Everett Mazda a truly great dealership!

I felt compelled to write a review after my experience at Everett Mazda. Let me say first that I always look at reviews before doing business with any company. I keep the reviews in mind but have never allowed them to dictate what I do because I know that the people writing them are not always legitimate or that they themselves were the reason for a bad experience. So I went into Everett Mazda with a little reservati... view moreon and wondering what type of people I would encounter and let me tell you it was NOTHING like these shady reviews have stated. From the moment we arrived every person we encountered was friendly and willing to answer all our questions. We even had the pleasure of meeting and working with one of the owners, Jerry McCaan. We`ve bought our share of cars and have had both good and bad experiences and even some that were forgettable but Everett Mazda was easily one of the best by far. We went in with a complex financing situation and they made it seem easy. We had an outstanding salesman, Andre. He is truly one of the most genuine, no pressure, honest and hard working salesman we`ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Although there were challenges Andre never once tried to get us to consider a different vehicle or a vehicle without all the options. We drove home with the EXACT car we wanted, outfitted with the EXACT equipment upgrades we wanted. We thought we had run into a hiccup when we got a call saying the financing terms were going to be changed because they were having a hard time getting the bank to accept the original offer. Imagine our surprise when the very next day Andre calls and said he had been off and had come in to see that our terms were being changed and in order to keep our original terms in tact he got on top of the situation and found a lender willing to agree to the original terms!! That`s unheard of. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a business that works so hard on the customers behalf. This was truly going above and beyond. The deal was in no danger of falling through even with the terms being changed but it definitely made a huge difference in the overall experience. I want you to know that I`m a REAL honest to goodness customer who just walked into Everett Mazda and gave them a chance. I had nothing to lose and knew I could simply leave if the reviews turned out to be true. I can`t tell you how fortunate we feel to have had the pleasure of working with such an amazing group of professionals! If you`re considering a Mazda you would be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else. Five Stars, without a doubt!

they will rip you off

My wife stopped in Everett mazda to look at cars. She had a 2000 VW Jetta GLS TDI diesel fairly loaded 104k miles. Her car has a Kelly blue book value of $12,345.00 wholesale or trade in value of $8200.00 but they are going for about $1000.00 higher because of there 52mpg capabilites, during these high gas prices. They shoved her in a 1994 VW Jetta GL base beater with a Kelly blue book value wholesale of $900 bu... view moret worth about half due to its condition. They also were going to give her a whopping $3500 plus the $500 car for a grand total of $4000 When I found out I went there and tried to talk to them about getting our car back since she had not been paid. A self acclaimed owner came out and stated `we would not unwind a car deal like this during economic times like this" meaning they ripped her head off which they truely did. I asked to speak to the owner they refused to let me , he was hiding. I called and said that I will be down Thursday and picket your store,. I finally got a call from one of the owners who said "you get nothing" I will make your life miserable" I am going to put pressure on your family. Doing business at Everett Mazda had already made me miserable. Since then he has called my bosses trying to assert somekind of authority these people are in need of help, I am pretty sure we still have rights. There is no fury like a paying customer scorned. From what I have witnessed these people have no right to have a business at all. I will certainly do my best to make sure everyone I come in contact is aware of there practices. I fully intend to do reviews on every site available plus contact every available resource to shut down corrupt people like these. This is the kind of store that gives reputable dealerships a black eye. My wife is not a car saavy person but no one with morals would ever do anything like this to an unsuspecting woman, now we have an unreliable car with 5 kids thanks to mazda of Everett. Worst experience buying ever. Drive by this one you will not be treated fair here.
