do yourself a big favor and drive upto lynnwood for your acura or honda repair maintenance needs. i called 3 times for service on my honda, no answer on the phone, its like they werent there, came 4th time, place looked dead closed, came 5th time, express lube change, they told me yes we will do in 20 mins, i waited outside for 50 mins, no one even looked at my car so i left, 6th time, i came in, i was lucky enough t... view morehey did my car right away, i think they got annoyed of me, but they still charged me $80 for my service when they promised free for their mistakes, i really hate them soo much, but i had to come because i live 2 mins away. my wives car, they lost the oil pan bolt, they put on some cheap one, so next time we took it to acura dealership and we got charged 20 for it, because they said cheap replacement they put, not recommended. we bought battery here, less then a year ago, few days ago stopped working, so we scheduled appointment, we came there, they told us 50 minutes time before we can take a look at your car, we asked why wait if we have appointment, so they took it in, after 45 they told us battery looks good, well of course it looks good because i charged it last night, but why did it stop working few days ago for no reason, they cant figure out, avoid this place at all costs. go somewhere else , pay extra, but be treated like a human being, not a machine or a number like you are here, its soo sad.

Cheated??
I recently purchased a brand new 2013 Honda Pilot from here.
After 3-4 weeks, my Honda owner account was setup and when I checked the recalls link, it said Recall fixed, customer letter sent.
I called the salesperson and inquired why it was like that. I did not receive any letter from Honda about the recall and I never took the vehicle to the dealer after purchase. Salesperson told me he was not aware o... view moref the recall. He may be true but I am not able to digest that.
I needed to know whether it was affected or not. Salesperson told me that only Service department would know and told me he would ask the Service Manager to give me a call next morning itself.
It?ˆ™s been several weeks now and received no calls from Service Manager.
If the service Manager had called me next morning or did any follow up with me, I would have given 4 stars. Well, I would have given 4 or even 5 stars if the salesperson had mentioned about the recall during the sale.
Since the status was marked as recall fixed, I strongly believe Klein Honda definitely knew that already and they hide the same against Customer. Isn`t it cheating? I think yes!
Moreover, I think (just my opinion) the dealers have access to stocks/models that are possibly affected by recalls (those are yet to be announced) and they try to clear those even before the manufacturer publishes the recalls to public.
My advise: Always check the VIN against the recalls before you buy. Importantly, keep your eyes and ears open on news about recalls if you are looking for a new car. Recalls link would return data only when officially published to public. Remember, end of the day it is your hard earned money.
Overall, I am not too much worried because I did not pay the regular price but I will NOT go back to (or recommend) Klein Honda for new purchases. I am little bit worried on going back for service maintenance. They tear off all the free coupons in the service book (and not sure why they are offering 2 year free maintenance by doing this. I think any Honda service center would give it free if coupons are left in the service book).

It went really well!
Wow, having not read any reviews before hand, I would never have guessed we could have had such a great experience.
We spent two weeks going to a handful of dealers looking for a new CRV. After meeting Raj, we were impressed. You would be surprised how many people don`t know their own product? We were not pushed or forced into any process that you find at so many dealers. We received our pricing up front ... view morefrom their Internet Department and it was a pleasure dealing with Beb`s. She checked in twice to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. When it came time to go to finance, we dealt with Ken. And what a surprise we encountered. I`m not sure how much time we spent in finance, but Ken was Hilarious. We didn`t waste any time and ken was nice to talk with.
After researching and spending so much time trying to find a new CRV, the experience at Klein Honda was great. Not to sound to corny, but it wasn`t just a pleasant experience for a car dealership, but a Nordstrom like pleasant experience.

I am in the market for buying a car. It really does not matter a lot how many good reviews I see. The turn off is the bad reviews.
So this dealer is out of my list.

BEWARE!
By far worst car buying experience I have ever had.
My husband and I bought a ""certified"" used car off their lot 3 weeks ago and could not be more disappointed with our experience. I should have known better when the sales team was ""joyriding"" in our trade in before we had even signed the final papers to own the car we bought.
After getting the car home we realized the radio presets did not work right, and a... view more couple days later (after the 3 day exchange policy) that the car had a pretty significant oil leak.
After taking the car to a mechanic we also found out it had a bearing that needed to be replaced (apparently they replaced one on the left that was making noise but not the one on the right which was almost in the same condition), the battery did not remain charged and needed to be replaced, the oil leak was significant and either from a cam seal (hopefully) or the head gasket, and the the entire radio unit would need to be replaced if we wanted it to work correctly.
I was told to bring the car in to see what they could do for me (I dropped it off on a sunday night) and was shuffled from service to sales and manager to manager until I was finally told that there was nothing they could do for me because the warranty would not cover it. I also had to call them myself to get this news because no one called me. I am going to get the car today and it is Friday. I have had to borrow a friends car for the last week.
Please be advised that their certified 123 point inspection and certification only certifies that those points meet ""their standards"" which after talking to several people in the service department means that the car will not have a catastrophic failure in the first month or 1000 miles of ownership.
After trading in my car (that was in very good condition) and paying several thousand dollars I now have a car with lower miles that needs about 3 thousand dollars worth of repairs.
Employees at this dealership should be ashamed of the products they sell. I am not sure how they sleep at night.

Reallly regret buying car there.
I bought a car there and they said it was in a minor wreck and had the bumper replaced.... I took it to a mechanic about 3 weeks later to get the oil changed and the mechanic takes me under the vehicle and it turns out it was in a major wreck and the whole side of the car. Parts were bent back in place and has a horrible paint job when you look around edges or closely. I looked on the internet and it seems they have ... view morea history of lying about condition of vehicles. They may not know the condition but if they dont they shouldn`t be saying ""minor damage"" or downplaying what really happend.
Also about the staff, I really think that the ones leaving the ""good"" reviews are the employees because EVERYONE that lives around the area is now telling me their horror stories of how they are taken advantage of by the staff. Things like being quoted one price and it never ends up being even close to what they originally say. Same thing happend to me.
Really would not recommend going there for sales or service.

They are your best friends until there`s a small issue.
I went in there too look at a car, the car was a decent price, coulda got a better deal, but I liked the color and interior so i decided to go check it out. I went to take a trade in and the guys who were evaluating the trade in were very snotty and rude...if you don`t want my trade in, just say so, no need to be an A** abt it...but i let that slide because i wanted the car. most of the people were nice, until....i t... view moreook the car home while they were trying to figure out my financing and noticed a small noise in the engine, I asked them to fix it and they refused and told me i was S.O.L., I lucked out because I was getting financed with a co-signer and my cosigner hadn`t signed the paperwork yet, but they still had the nerve to tell me i couldn`t back out of the deal after how rude they were and everything. So i simply pointed out that my cosigner hadn`t signed yet and made them give me a refund and i went on my way. If you find a good deal here just make sure you are 100% satesfied with the car before you buy, and be prepared to get bent over if there is an issue....One of the assistant managers did a good job, but it`s buyer beware at this dealership!

Thanks NATE for the BEST CAR Sales Experience of my life!
If you are looking for great customer service that you can trust, visit Klein Honda in Everett and ask for NATE. Nate came highly recommended to me by a very credible friend, so when it was time for me to shop for a used vehicle, I took my friends advice and visited Klein Honda. Nate is not the typical high pressure sales guy. He is very easy to work with and his focus is on making the customer happy (very smart guy!... view more).
