Where to start...Well how about this, and please read this in its entirity, it will save you a lot of grief if you ever visit these guys. I purchased a used car from them on March 14th. ONE day later and 207 miles later the transmission died. They agreed to have a look at it, and fix it if it wasnt too expensive. Otherwise they would either pay labor or parts only. Remember this is 207 miles and 24 hours old..the ... view moreink was still drying on the paperwork. I had to pay $92 to have it towed to them to &quot;have a look&quot; - they didnt tow it, oh no, if I wanted it looked at, I had to pay... It was in there yard from the next day, and 2 weeks and 6 days later, and lets see, more than a dozen calls, I get told its done, it was only the transmission pump, so they wouldnt charge me - we geeeeez thanks :S I didnt drive it aside from back home until two days later. I drove from South Everett to Downtown Seattle and back, 40 miles MAXIMUM. Now the car looks like its on fire.... Im freaking, I manged to get it home as this happened luckily about a minute from home. 15 mintes after switching off, I could STILL not see the car for steam/smoke. I called them the next day as they were closed by this time. The response was they will have somebody come and look at it. They were true to thier word on this part. Regretfully ONLY this part. The water pump had disintigrated. In the mechanics words, &quot;Its the worse he has ever seen a water pump go&quot; I asked for a refund, and was promised yes....no problem, sorry and all the other customer service bull.... After calling no less than a dozen times since, I get told today from Antril (Who seemingly comes across as a really nice guy, but would lie and stab you in the back soon as look at you) &quot;That the boss doesnt want to deal with me anymore, its cost him too much money.&quot; After pointing out that the boss was sitting in the next office hiding away, I asked to speak with him, and was told &quot;no im dealing with this&quot; - I pointed out that regardless of being sold &quot;as is&quot; it is STILL covered under Washington State Law in relation to trading as being sold with an &quot;Implied Warranty of Merchantability&quot; This guys is fast and fixed (UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY NEGOITIATE SEPERATLEY TO WAIVE IT) Being sold &quot;as is&quot; does NOT take away the legal responsibilty of a used car trader under this law. It states that ANY used car MUST be fit for its purpose. So the question here is does paying $1200 for used car mean after 247 miles its had its fair use... You decide - But I will say this, dont reply on the law, cos these guys simply laugh in the face of it. Even when being advised I am left with no other option than to sue for the losses incurred - am told &quot;Ok, you do what you have too!!&quot; Whilst I accept that this car was never really going to last more than 50,000 miles or a year maybe, I would hope that it would last more than two and a half days of driving and 247 miles. Not to mention the 4 weeks I have owned it and it has not been drivable... Unfortunately had to give this review a star, as there was not an option for negative stars, but if only there were :) I am happy to provide documented facts and video footage taken to anybody or any agency that wishes to challenge this review!! - Remember these are not opinions, these are facts ;)
