waste of time and money

after being told I woukd have no problem getting financed and waisting 50 $ on a cab ride., turns out tgey don`t finance everyone. oh and it took them to hours two tell me no. freaking joke.

Bought a car on the condition they fixed what was wrong. Took the car to their shop multiple times and it was never fixed. Took the car to a real shop and they told me the problem right away, which clearly this dealer knew and never honored or disclosed. I wouldn`t recommend anyone to shop at a place like this. I will not be returning.

I`ve been in the customer service industry for several years and I know the difference between good customer service, bad customer service and the absence of. Best Bet Auto Sales is the epitome of customer service. That doesn`t make them clairvoyant though. They do not moonlight as the neighborhood psychic. I went in there snapping my fingers and cussing like Popeye. In spite of my awful (and embarrassing) behavior - they all remained professional and courteous. My car became a team effort and was repaired promptly. I`d like to give credit to Ray, Sarah, Salim, Hussein, Raul, Robert, all the mechanics and everyone else who helped out. They`re motivated to be fair and honest with their customers. For that reason, Best Bet Auto Sales comes highly recommended.

WORST dealer ever

These guys promised to fix my transmission before I bought the car took my car for 2months and they called me after the 2 months saying they weren`t going to fix anything because it was too expensive for them their selling allot of lemon cars fast because their going to file for bankrupsy and take all the money and go back to their country worst place ever people get everything in writing.

I didn`t know much about cars at the time and they lied to me about the car we were buying and made us believe that it`s the best deal ever. It turns out, they sold us a car that had already been BROKEN and had MAJOR problems. Worst place I have ever been too. Told me they would fix some minor things, but after the first rain the car filled with about 4 inches of water. They said they would fix it, they kept the car for 8 weeks telling me "waiting on parts" then after the banked called them they said it was done. Nothing was fixed at all. It still leaks but the worst is they left the water in the car so it filled with mold an... view mored now has a nasty smell. I took it back to them and they said, ok we will fix it. 4 weeks later car it is still filled with water and the mold has gotten worse. I told them the car is un-drivable he said "I dont care", I said "will you just put me in a different car", he said "no", I said "why?" he said cause i dont want to and ordered me and my witness off the property.

I purchused a jeep from Best Bet and the heater did not work, they asured me that they would fix the problem with the heater, to cover myself i asked to get it in writing that the problem with the heater would be fixed. they had no problem doing so. well after them having my car for almost a week, they gave my jeep back to me and the heater was still not working, they told me they were waiting on a part and it would ... view morebe in in 2 days. i check back in 2 days and they said it hasnt come in yet, i checked back evry day after that for about 2 weeks until they said that they are not going to fix the problem and told me to get lost, and not in a nice way. being that i have papers saying they would fix the problem. i contacted the attoney general to see if they could help get them to fix the problem, they responded with they had fixed the heater and would not do anything. so i had to take them to small claims court and won $1,818.00. they refuse to pay the judgement or fix the heater. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BEST BET, AND ALL OF THEIR LOTS. (ZAG AUTO GROUP) ALL OF THEIR CARS ARE JUNK!!
