My three year warranty on their work had just expired. My trany was slipping and they fixed and didn`t charge me anything. This problem was not related to their earlier work, yet they took care of me. I highly recommend these folks.

Worst customer service in the world

This is by far the worst auto repair shop in the mason county area,if there was a rating of negative stars i would of given them that, Transmission plus is so over priced and there customer service is equal to nothing because they dont care about the customer, I also own a buisness in mason county so i like to shop local and keep small buisnesses going but i would drive to any other transmission shop out of town just... view more to not do buisness with this company, tell all your friends to stay away.
