Reviews:

It`s really important that when a company steps out above the pack with incredible customer service, that someone points it out. I recently had just that experience. I took my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to Randy`s Off Road to have my ECM flashed with some tuning by ATP. I started to suspect there was a problem with the tuning and e-mailed the manager, Marc. Now I am always hesitant e-mailing as most companies take d... view moreays to get back to me. Marc e-mailed me back almost immediately with answers and came by my house that evening to reflash the computer!!! On top of that, he hung out afterwards to answer other questions about how I can improve the durability of my truck. All my friends have been informed and will be going to Randy`s for their diesel truck work from now on..

RANDY`S OFF-ROAD is NO place t...
RANDY`S OFF-ROAD is NO place to take your vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RANDY`S OFF-ROAD. They LIE CHEAT and STEAL from their customers. Telling you that all the parts and more need replacing. The real problem will not be fixed. The mechanics, Ron, Marc, and the other Grease monkeys are incompetent. They NEVER STAND BY THEIR WORK even if you prove them wrong from a credible dealership. They took my money, did ... view morenot stand by their work, I asked for refund because they did not fix the problem. They said No to request of a refund, (Marc & Ron the front desk Guys) Was happy to take the money but did not do the repairs. I took my ford there 3 times still I had to get it fixed right at the dealership. INCOMPETENT DISHONEST, NOT CREDIBLE, AND NOT REPUTABLE. DO NOT be fooled do your self a favor DO NOT take the risk. If they are capable of doing this to me they will to you. All I wanted was good service and a stand by their work shop. Not what I got. Now I have to take it to court. Not To mention when I confronted them for a return and to uphold the service work they did, Marc called the police on me. Nothing happened, what a way to treat your customers Randy!! I have video of it all.

Do NOT Take your rig here. This Place is Dishonest. I took my f250 Diesel 4x4 to this place to get my main seal replaced. I asked them to change out My clutch and Fly wheel with a South Bend O.K. Clutch kit. I dropped my truck off to get work done, Not even 4 hours later I received a call from Mark the Front counter service guy. (other Is Ron with Long Hair) He states the Input shaft on my Transmission is worn and t... view morehe Pilot bearing is destroyed. Ok so we opt. to get new input shaft, Transmission gets sent to ED`s Transmission In Marysvile (a local Shop), I understand the truck will not be ready for a few days. (dropped it Wednesday) I didnt get my truck until tuesday. I had called to find out what was up but they said it would be done tuesday. So tuesday comes I`m excited to get my Truck back so I can get to work. 5/21/13 is the day I get it. I had some fluids changed in my front and rear axels. along with t case. I get to the shop in the afternoon around 5:30 pm . I pay my bill which was high but the work needed to be done. I get into my truck, and I find dirt grease and tools all over my cab. the shift Boot (tranny shift) was destroyed and glued back together. I went into the shop told them the situation, A mechanic came out not happy and cleaned the seats and misc tools along with shop rags inside used for sitting on. I said thats not very nice, and with some pressure I stated the shift boot is glued thats unacceptable, they , the mechanic and Ron both argued that it was already broken. I said no it wasn`t. after a short debate they said we are not going to argue we will get you a new shift boot. I was disgusted with the customer service Like I had to press to get them to replace the boot. So i left the shop thinking thats not very comforting but i swallowed my reasons and went about my business. Upon arriving home which was 30 miles south of Randy`s Shop in Marysville/Smokey pt. I looked under my truck and noticed a drip. I said to myself thats not supposed to be there It was just fixed. So the next day 5/22/13 I went to Brien ford in Everett, had oil dripping so I had a mechanic look where it was coming from. sure enough it was from the main seal they stated. I got the paperwork went into my truck in the parking lot of the dealership, called randy`s i spoke with Mark, he stated the shift boot is coming on order. i said well thats not why im calling, I hate to break it to ya but I`m in the dealership parking lot and they said the main seal is still leaking. Now this is the day after 5/22/13 randy off road did the work. mark was throwing all kinds of excuses and I said lets just fix it please. he schedules me for the following Tuesday. I tell you, This is memorial weekend. i had plans with my truck to tow east. so I had to wait. i took my tuck in the following Tuesday 5/28/13 For them to redo the first repair (main seal) I dropped it off, I get a phone call from Mark saying its not the main seal its other stuff like the crossover Hpx , the turbo pedestal , up pipes and the o rings are leaking. I question all this right away cause how would that get to the bottom and leak oil all over, when the dealership told me its the main seal. later Ron calls me and says your truck is done come pick it up. i arrive at the shop to pick up my truck Mark has an invoice for me for all the so called new repairs and that my main seal was done. However some of the parts that are leaking he says need fixing, and that the main seal was not leaking but he fixed and redid the repair anyways. The new invoice is for 1600.00 includes a whole list of misc parts. i read them over and got my keys. i didnt pay anything cause it was the shops responsibility to cover since they did the work. Now i take my truck home for the second time thinking its all good. thats over now..... wrong a few days pass i see oil dripping again. turns out they never re did the repair and just gave me an invoice on top of it all.

Service Trucks Like Their Own
Randys is casual in the front but all business in the service bays. They treat any truck like their own. They give great advice about how to improve truck performance.
