Another one star review for Auto Concepts Northwest. These guys didn`t even give me a chance to be displeased with their workmanship! I called on 9/21/13 to Schedule a windshield replacement for my Honda. They confirmed they would do the job and yes, I would get the coupon price. We schedulled for 9/28/13. On 9/27/13 on I called to confirm our appointment (I was coming from out of area, so it was extra importan... view moret everything was lined up ready to go) What did I hear? An unenthusiastic Shawn on the other end of the phone telling me 1) We don`t have your windshield. We didn`t order your windshield. We can`t get your windshield in time for your appointment...which we`ve known about for a week. He offered no answers to this dilemma and seemed to truely not care about being helpful. Fail.

Never go there for any service. We went to the Auto Concepts Northwest in Everett, WA for an oil change of our Toyota Van with a coupon that we found in the Group on network (From employer`s website). After the oil change, they rotated the tires as part of the package and ABS light started coming up in the vehicle dashboard. So we take the car back to them and they denied service (Customer service rep`s name was S... view moreteve Johnson). He first refused that it did not caused from the oil change/tire rotation. Informed the CS rep that it was not showing up before the service they have performed. He even refused to give manager`s name and claimed that he was the manager. Later on, we requested to rotate the tires back the way they were before the service. He was very rude and reversed the tire rotation which fixed the issue ABS issue. But while we were driving back to home, we found that the driver side visor was broken. Whoever serviced the car to rotate the tires back was so mad and broke the visor. They also put it back such a way that you don`t see it until you started using it. So we called them back and left couple voice messages over phone and no one called us back. Finally I have called the Klein Honda (in the same building) and got transferred to the Manager (David Selby), he suggested that I take the car back to him. I have taken the car back to them 3rd time and he called next day and refused to repair anything else for the damage they caused our vehicle. We need help and wish no one gets such a bad service from them.

Unaccomodating/unhelpful

Wanted to use my Living Social coupon, but they were so booked that I couldnt` get a Saturdya appointment until AFTER the coupon expired. So I was unable to use it!

Fast and friendly

Took my new 2011 honda accord in to get the windows tinted they went over all the different shades and what was legal. They had the car done fast and the job looked great!! I was very happy with the service and how fast they were thanks alot I`ll be bring in more cars and my friends thank you!!

Great Service & Price

Auto Concepts NW installed Leather with Heated Seats on my 2007 Toyota Camery. It was a great price and I got to pick out the color. The turn around time was quick and the people were very friendly.

I had my buddy go there for a windshield and they installed a windshield on his 99 accord for $199.

He said the same thing great price and great service
