MY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPRERIENCE!!!The owner is some kind of russian guy with a very horrible attitude.I was looking for a place to swap my winter tires and went to this shop since it was close to my house.I happened to walk into the service bay unknowingly that I couldn`t .The owner marched towards me aggressively and and angrily demanded and pointed (like a dog) me to the other side of the customer lounge.I ... view moretold to ask nicely and it was a simple mistake and I had no idea couldn`t walk in there.I mentioned to him that I was there to give him my business and that was no way to talk to a customer.He could care less.At that point I worked away and left his shop.He doesn`t deserve my business or any body else business until he learns how to talk to people.I have been in the customer service business and this would have warranted a immediate termination.Take your business to someone that will appreciate it.There are a lot of choices in the spokane area.If this is how he greets his customers imagine what he will do if you need him to stand behind his merchandise.

The BEST used tire place in Spokane! I have been buying used tires for years and have been to Quality Tires and Service 4 times in last few years. They are 1 FAST 2 CHEAP- $30 A TIRE,3 The tires I got where never nearly as used as my cars...what used to be a "hunt and hope hassle" Is now routine, Don`t drive on a donut any farther than Quality Tires and Service . be careful what your getting i went in there with a coupon after i talked to two people to set up an appointment and verified the price, coupon says new rotors and pads. well after asking for our ceramic brake pads back after they take them off the price went mysteriously up and then proceeded to tell us that they just shave the rotors. Great auto Repair shop

I just move from CA to Spokane came to Quality Tires and Service with big estimate from another auto repair shop it was over $800 and i ask the employee from Quality Tires to check and see what is going on, with my car they drove my car and test it. They schedule me for next day and my bill was only $100. And for that they are #1 and honest auto repair shop in Spokane Thank you

Honest guys

I took my car in because it was making noise when i would brake so they check my brakes and what they found is that the shop that did my brakes last time they didn`t lube the calipers. The guy from Quality tires lubed it my brake and now it drives like new thank you so much guys now i have a new shop.

Not the best local choice

I went to Quality Tires to get my snow tires done a couple years back. I was really happy when they got me my steelies cheaper than the competition as well as a decent brand of tire. However, upon later inspection when I tried to put my summer wheels on the car, I noticed that they had cross threaded about 4 of the lugs on the car. This is due to being lazy and not hand threading the lug nuts before you use the i... view morempact wrench. Also tried to charge me and extra 200 bucks for some off the wall part that wasn`t even damaged when checked out by another mechanic. Tire shop fail. Go down two blocks to Les Schwab and be happy for 20 bucks more.
