Been doing business with these guys for a while and always have found them to be knowledgable and helpfull. They always have the part or will get it the next day.

Great store!!! Would recommend to anybody!

I actually just went to this Napa for the first time today

because I live out of the area. I have to say I will be

coming back here anytime I need parts of any sort for

my vehicle. As soon as I walked in I was greeted

promply by two men at the front counter within 5

seconds. I walked right up to the counter and told them

what i needed which was a starter for my Altima, ... view moreand I

also asked if they could test the old one. They tested it

for me and brought it back out. They asked if I would

like to see the results which I accepted. I didn`t quite

know how to read the screen or what some of the

numbers meant, but he made sure to take the time to

explain them to me. I bought a new one with a lifetime

warranty for a great price. Much lower than any of the

shops and even O`reilly wanted. Unfortunately I didn`t

get the gentleman`s name at the counter but he did a

fastantic job and I would recommend this store to

anybody.

IT is NOT that Hard to find a flasher module for a customer?

A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I went to Napa in woodinville to find out if they had a flasher module for his ford ranger. We walked inside, and went to counter to be helped. The younger kid told us he could help us. We told him what we needed, and he seemed like he could and wanted to help us find what we needed. He spent more than ten minutes trying to find the part in the computer. Next, since he couldn`t find i... view moret in the computer, he asked the guy next to him named ""casey"" i believe to find the part. Casey was busy and told him to look it up in the book. The kid spent the next five minutes trying to find the right book but couldn`t. So the women in the store, was asked to help him find the right book. While the guy was trying to look for the part in the text book, he kept getting his cell phone out of his pocket and texting someone. He looked at his phone more than ten times while he was looking for what i needed.
I got so tired of waiting for him, because he wasn`t finding anything. We had to of been standing there for a half hour while this kid was making it seem like he was trying to find the part when really he wasn`t at all.
So, I just called 411 on my phone, called the bothell NAPA on bothell everett highway and talked to my friend FRED out there, he had the part up and ready for me to pick up in five to ten minutes.
The kid there was unknowledgable with how to find parts, how to help the customers, and how to be professional. I mean come on if your going to be texting on your phone at WORK, atleast do it when no one can see you especially customers!
BAD BAD BAD experience. Don`t go to the young kid behind the counter he really shouldn`t be working there.
