My car is better than new!
I had my first (and last) accident and didn`t know what to do. My car was towed to Mark 2 Collision Center and they took care of everything for me. I only had to call my insurance company and tell them where my car was. They fixed my car to where it is better than before my accident! Thank you so much!!!

They put the wrong parts in my car
I had been in a care accident and was refered to them by my insurance company. I took my car to them and they fixed it with in the time they promised. I drove my car to work that day and noticed that the tempurature was getting extremly hot. I took it back to them and they said that it was a hose that was not screwed on properly. So they said they fixed it and I went back to work. Same problem happened. This time I w... view moreas not going back, so I took it to my regular mechanic and they told me that Mark 2 Collision had put the wrong radiator my car. First they refused to pay my mechanic for the mistake they had made but finally they agreed to pay for it. I would never trust a car with them.

Excellent body shop.
My overall experience was top notch from beginning to end. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a bird in the lobby that say`s ""hello"" when you walk in. It was a very nice touch. As for the repair work, my car never looked better. Thank you so much for making this stressful accident a smooth experience.
