UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR QUALITY SERVICE, STUFF STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR

Why pay more for less? The reception was insincere and unprofessional. Besides, the customer is still required to go into the garage to speak to even more juvenile, inattentive mechanics, so why is there a receptionist? (so they can charge more).
My car seemed to run worse after I brought it here for an oil change, and even with a coupon i paid more than i normally do at Firestone, where i am treated more respec... view moretfully by ADULTS. At this Jiffy Lube, it felt like prankish kids were running the place, In fact, 2 basketballs were stolen out of the back seat of my car while it was parked unlocked in front of the garage waiting to be serviced!! I will never come back here. And what`s worse, i feel like i need to take my car in to get checked b/c it seems like something more serious is wrong now than old oil.
