Check their work before you leave...
While Havlicks was very friendly and very responsive at first, they now have still not fixed my vehicle after 3 visits and 3 additional phone calls. After the third visit, they figured out my car door wouldn`t latch because of a part they did not replace. Since their business hours are during my work`s business hours, I`ve had to leave work early 3 times to try to get my car fixed. Now, they figured out what`s wrong ... view morewith the door and told me to come in on two different occasions to have them fix it. Both times, I called to make sure I should come in, and both times I was told I should not come in. Once because they ended up not having time and the 2nd time because the repair person wasn`t there. If I wouldn`t have called, I would have missed work again two more times and still drove away without my car fixed. They never called me to tell me not to come in. Now they are supposed to call me when they can finish fixing my car. Meanwhile I`m driving around with a door that may not lock because they have put off fixing my vehicle. I`m not asking for much, I just want my door to shut and lock and for them to finish the job.

My recommendation is to ensure they fixed your problem the first time before you pay. After you pay them, you may not receive as great of service. I`m not asking for much, I just want my door to shut and lock.

Avoid going here
I took my car in last week and when I picked it up, the paint didn`t match and there were several new scratches on my hood. When I pointed out the scratches, the Assistant Customer Service manager accused me of trying to get additional work done for free. I was left with the impression this place is sloppy and careless and then blames the customer for it. Try Metro in Capitol Hill or Aki in Ballard.
