Our Car Service Center of Choice

We have been taking all of our automobiles (3 of them) to this Goodyear store for over 15 years. We always have received honest, efficient, and friendly service. The fact that most of the staff like Jim and Robert who wait on customers have been there for several years speaks to the quality of their service. Woodinvilles Worst Tire Shop

I made an appointment to have my tires changed here. After arriving and seeing no one in the waiting room I figured it would be quick. Nearly 2 hours later they finally finished and charged me $87.49.

The other thing I noticed while sitting in the waiting room was the employees were very friendly to other people who came in. But as soon as the door closed they started to make fun of the persons clothing, ... view morehow they spoke, and about how their questions were stupid.

Poor workmanship and business practice.

A single mom had a brake job done. One month later, a caliper bolt fell out. Big risk! . The manager refused to reimburse any money for poor workmanship- not an impressive business.
