DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BUCKY`S! Bucky`s in Fife completely destroyed my engine, burned it, took it apart and left it in the back of the car. They are not professionals. Manager Char was lying all the way and missliding with what was going on with the car. Now my car is not drive able. Take your car to the repair shop where they know how to repair but not to destroy cars!

This Buckys has got to be the MOST unprofessional mechanic I have dealt with. I took my truck there to get a sensor replaced. He quoted me one price and then after I dropped off my car and got home, he called and said that it would be $50 more. Since the car was already there and I was all the way home I told him to go ahead and do the work. My truck was finished in a few hours and they didnt even call me to tell me ... view moreit was done. I had to call them and he told me that it was ready but that it was now "idling funny". I had to go to work so he told me to bring the car back tomorrow and he would see what the problem was since it wasnt doing that when I dropped it off. I come back the next day and the guy wanted to act like he didnt tell me to come so he could check it out. The only thing he kept saying was he cant look at it without charging me for a diagnostic and there was nothing he could do about it. I stressed the fact that the car wasnt doing this until they touched it and he just kept saying that his hands were tied. He suggested that I call corporate and if they said that he could do it for free then he would. So I call corporate and speak with a customer service rep that said she would have the District Manager for the Tacoma area call me back. Here we are more than 2 weeks later and NO ONE has called me back and my truck still is idling funny. I`m convinced that they were negligent and did something to my truck. The fact that the Store Manager said to bring it back the next day and then acted as if he didnt remember that was just plain disgusting customer service.
