I have had nothing but expert installations of whatever I needed done by Audio Tech. Audio Tech took the time to help me understand the installations and how it impacted my existing systems. I?ˆ™ve gone to other local professional installers and the knowledge of install does not come close to Audio Tech knowledge. Anyone can do an install on the cheap, but Audio Tech encourages you to do the install properly, instead of cutting corners and cost. Audio Tech has given me discounts for what I wanted installed and have always supported me with any problems that I had with the install with no additional cost (this is because I listened to the expert, learned from the experience that they helped me understand, and followed the guidance of the expert). I?ˆ™ve had several items installed by Audio Tech, and I trust them completely, which is much more than I can say about any professional installer in the local area in my 25 years of being in the local area. Audio Tech is number one.

Poor Service in Lakewood

I can`t say much about the Pac hwy store but the owner/manager at the Bridgeport Way store just tells you what you want to hear and upsells EVERYTHING. Expensive and broken promisses explains my experience at the Lakewood store. The installers are great guys and seem to work hard and are easy to talk too but I should have followed my gut, just walk in and look around... it looks like a tornado went through that pla... view morece.
