Bought a used 2008 ford edge 30 days ago also purchased the extended warranty. 15 days of owning took it back in because of oil leek. Extended warranty won`t pay to fix and gford won`t fix . Warranty people say ford should have caught it. I have a 250000 pies of junk o can`t drive

Lying and Rude Sales Reps and Unresponsive Employees
Absolutely DO NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We had too many issues to count.
First of all, we were told that our car payment was going to be a set amount every month by a sales manager by the name of Ron. He straight faced LIED to us and came back four days later saying our monthly payment was $20 higher than what we signed for.
Secondly, when trying to call the dealership back, I called... view more SIX times to SIX different people and got NO response. When I finally got ahold of someone, we had to fight tooth and nail to get our payment down to what we signed for.
Third, 12 days after buying our vehicle, our check engine light came on. We took it to our local Ford dealership to be checked out and it turns out that All Star Ford in Olympia did NOT run it through a ""fine tooth comb"" like they claim. Our spark plugs and engine coil shorted because water was in our engine chambers due to not being checked thoroughly. When we let All Star Ford know, they wanted to tow our vehicle from the service department it was already at to THEIR dealership 30 miles away from our home. We were told that ""all expenses would be taken care of."" Turns out they didn`t want to pay the other dealership for their diagnostic test so we got stuck with the costs when we were PROMISED every red cent would be taken care of by All Star Ford.
Absolutely do not, under any circumstances, buy a vehicle from All Star Ford.

Great customer service
I can not say enough good things about the customer service I received. Sano, I believe is a manager really worked with me and got me the most discounts he could. Wallace, my sales rep. was excellent! He answered all my questions and was very friendly. Shaena, in finance, was excellent. She was very personable and quick. (and pretty good looking too...always a bonus!!) All in all, I have recieved everything th... view moreey said I would and now drive my new 2008 expedition! Lousy Customer service and dishonest business practices
We took our truck in for a warranty issue and they broke our transmission. They cited that even though it was in their care they were not responsible. They claimed that they couldn`t get the truck in gear from the beginning but I have paper work that states they took it for a test drive. My transmission is completely inoperable and they claim all it needs is a service but we have to pay for it. I don`t recommend ... view moretaking any vehicle here. After talking with other family they too have stories of rude sales personnel and service techs. There is NOTHING ""all star"" about all star ford!
