Fixed Right The First Time
My 2003 F250 Had been running poor and smoking,On and off for two years.I had taken my truck to numerious Ford dealers and Diesel truck shops. After paying thousands in repair bills and many days in the shop.No one could seem to fix my truck.I made an appointment with the Sno-Country Ford Service Department.I explained my concern the many repair attempts,And thousands of dollars spent. The sevice team (Dennis & Greg) ... view moremade my expirience one never to forget. These guys have won me over .... It`s nice to go to a dealership & actually have people that care!!!!!! Way to go Sno-Country Ford!!!!!!!!!

Best Service and Sales experience ever!!!
I went to Snocountry looking for a reliable truck for my job and I got more than I ever expected. My truck was everything I ever wanted and more. I searched all over for a truck but when I went to Snocountry they treated me like I was family. What was amazing was how long all of the sales people had worked there, not like all of the other places I went to. A week after I purchased truck I locked the keys in it and t... view morehe owner drove over 30 miles to get my keys for free! Thanks Snocountry for the best experience ever.

USMC Veteran brought down in a down time
I went there looking for a great deal and great customer service... I searched for months to find the right vehicle with the right price.
I finally found the right vehicle at Sno Country Ford. I drove out of my way to get there. I did find friendly sales associates, a great finance team and, I was sold.
Little did I know that now even a month later the truck would break down on me while driving to see m... view morey Mother who has a degenerative disease of the nervous system.
I had to get the vehicle towed and get a rental. I did pay for the extended used vehicle warranty... I was told that none of the $4000 dollars in repairs would be applicable.
Well I figured that the dealership would help me out a little. Maybe pay half so that I could at least get back on the road. I mean, didn`t even drive it a thousand miles. Dont they have a Pre-owned certified inspection?
Well after hours of waiting, and calling, I was told that they would not do anything for me. Not that they COULD not, but that they would not.
Sno Country Ford basically sold me a vehicle that they knew would break down. They sold it to me without telling me that the engine had already been replaced. They even masked an oil leak with a cheap sealant that was noticed by another Ford dealership when I took it in to get fixed.
Now this United States Marine Corps Veteran is down over $25,000 dollars. Could miss work, and potentially lose my job.
So much for a dealership that values its customer. So much for a dealer that values its countries veterans.
Now with the ding on my credit, because my only option is to give the car back to the bank, I will not be able to become the Police Officer that I have wanted to become since leaving the military.
Thanks Sno Country Ford. I guess if the customers get the Lemons, you drink the Lemonade.
