On a day trip to Ellensburg fr...

On a day trip to Ellensburg from the west coast, I discovered serious brake issues with my car as I came into town. As it was a Saturday, many of garages were closed, and a few that I did get in to see did not have the parts in stock. When we phoned Hosmers, they also did not have the parts , but when we told them the urgency of our situation, they suggested that they would go and purchase it from a secondary retaile... view morer. They then ended up staying 4 HOURS over their usual shop hours to complete the job in order to get me home safely and in time for my appointment the next morning. Their rates were beyond reasonable and their customer service outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
