Don`t Waste Your Time

This guy is a jerk. I got in a fender-bender with my grandmothers car last Sunday. The following day I googled several places in Ballard. It turned out that the places i had found didn`t do collision repair, but were mechanic shops (i am 24, never before needed auto body work). I went to the highest rated shop first, but they were mechanics..... they recommended this guy at Queen Anne Auto Body, just up on 90t... view moreh. I went to Queen Anne Auto Body thinking he would be as fantastic as their buddy`s reviews had been, but he just made me feel more awful. He was negative, doubted that he would be able to acquire parts locally, it would take longer than a week, and it would cost at least $2,000. He even asked me what my grandmother would say to me if she knew i had done this to her car. He didn`t call me back until 4 PM, 8 hours later, to tell me it would be $2,800. I got the work done for $1200 at Maaco in South Lake Union. Don`t waste your time here.

College Student From Minnesota Gets Amazing Service

My daughter was in a tough spot having been rear ended 2 weeks prior. Her trunk would not latch and she was headed back home to Minnesota in 3 days. The service person looked at her problem and felt it could be a difficult fix but in five minutes he was able to get the trunk lid to lock. When she asked what she owed him, he said ""no charge and have a good trip home"".

Excellent body shop!

I`ve been here twice in the last 5 years and both experiences were extremely good. Very honest, very good quality of work. Highly recommended by my insurance company and I say the same!

Beware - Might look good now....

After multiple trips back to the body shop to have issues corrected, my car still is not right. 6 months after they replaced the headlight it went out. When I took it back to them, they said they don`t cover headlights.... I took it to the dealership and they said there were fingerprints all over the bulb (a big no no). Queen Anne Auto Body dismissed this and said it wasn`t their problem. Now there are problems with ... view morethe paint chipping off where they painted. Been a very frustrating business to work with and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for body work.
