Not all quality mechanic shops are gone!!!!

We have used Quality Foreign Auto several times for both our personal and work vehicles...and have always been pleasantly surprised with their customer service and the quality of their work. We have had other local mechanics diagnose problems with our vehicles that came in with extremely high prices...and come to find out, unnecessary repairs. Their service has always been impeccable and we have always gotten our vehicles in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Quality Foreign Auto if you are looking for good service, good workmanship and fair prices for your vehicle repairs.

They suck at diagnosis. better tell them what parts to replace or they will be lost.

I took my car into Quality? Foreign Auto for a diagnosis and they had my car for a week and were not able to tell me what was wrong with it. They did not charge me but, QFA bad mouthed the competition. I was surprised at how vehemently sure he was of the crookedness of the place i was taking it to and how they could not fix it. Stop advertising how qualified you are and not figure out problems and waste peoples time. You did not pay for my time. So in essence you did charge me, hence me being upset . My father used to come here for repairs but it is his and my opinion that this place has gone down the to*let and they charge too much money for their incompetent mechanics.

INCOMPETENCE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN HIDE

I am not sure if its this highway or what but Bothell-Everett Hwy seems to be riddled with incompetent mechanics and their shops. I went to foreign aut after being burned down the street. I had an electrical problem with my Jetta, the fan would not kick in and the car would over heat. I explained that I had already spent money replacing the fan, and theromostat. The first thing they did was bad mouth the competit... view moreion and promise me the world. I left my car for a diagnosis and was told that they would let me know by Friday. Friday came and went and phone call. Monday I called and was told that they had not been able to figure out the problem yet. So frustrated, I just towed the car to Campbell nelson VW. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in 1 day (fam relay). It was a horrible experience. So much so that I got sick of my Jetta. Never again.

Misdiagnosed my Problem, Wasted my Money

Brought in my car after it started stalling out in traffic. I asked them if the car was worth saving and they said after they fixed it that the car would run fine. They diagnosed my car as needing a new collaborator cap and charged me almost $600 for the repair. Car died in heavy traffic a week later. Br aught it back in - gave me a completely different diagnoses without even mentioning their first one and said my... view more car needed a part that was no longer available. Tried to make it up to me in a halfassed way by fixing my brake light. Too little too late. car died on I5 a week later and I had to pay to have it hauled away. If they had offered to give me even a portion of my money back (or at least admitted they screwed up) I wouldn`t bother leaving this review. I came to them with hardly any savings in my bank account and due to their incompetence am going to have to save for an additional month before I can buy another car.

Honest, Friendly, I will be back.

After Taking my Audi A4 to a place in Lynnwood (which the amount of sleaze the place oozed might be visible from Google maps) . I took my ride to Quality Foreign Auto, The service was quick, the place was friendly and clean, very professional. And more importantly the charged $400.00 less and did more work than there competitor.
