Terrible, Dishonest, Rip-off. I want to give this place an ok review, but honestly this was everything that I dread about oil change all wrapped into one experience. I have a diesel car (and use synthetic oil) so oil changes are typically more expensive (usually around $60). I walked away paying $80 AFTER applying a $10 Dollar discount from coupon, and $5 extra dollars off after I complained!! I was supposed to get a... view more free tire rotation, WHICH THEY DID NOT DO !!!!! I called back and asked if they had done it, and they said no. I RETURNED and get that done. the guy was nice (If you look past the fact that they blatantly ripped me off) so1 star is generous. The sign says &quot;family owned....&quot;, etc, so I feel a bit worse suggesting you go elsewhere and save your money for your own damn family.

Great guys!

Yeah usually chain automotive places get bad raps, but Midas on 15th will take care of you. They tell you what needs to done, and not what might need to be done. The manager,Lou, is a very personable man and he`s very nice. They`re actually all nice.
