AMAZING

AMAZING experience from start to finish. Kenny was the most helpful salesman that I have ever dealt with. I had a really specific request for my car and he was able to deliver. KIA Lee Johnson Service Dept is TERRIBLE!

The service dept here is absolutely ridiculous!!
WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
They quoted me 1 wk to take care of my car and it`s been over 1 month with no estimated finish time in sight! They are completely incompetent and do not communicate with their customers to let them know what`s happening. It`s been one thing after another (wrong parts delivered, parts were damaged, part still in transit, parts o... view morerdered late).
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

Great first time buying experience

We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer service couldn`t have been better. Due to work schedules we always ended up coming into the dealership at night and yet none of the salesmen we talked with seemed unhappy or tired. Worst Car Dealership Ever

If you buy a car from this dealership and you lose your job, they don`t care. They will threaten you by saying that they will come to your house to check you garage to see if you purchased another car, try to sell you another car even though you have no funds to pay for it, tell you that you must pick up your car even though you don`t have insurance, and state that they can either be the friendliest or meanest peopl... view moree to deal with.
