Not good service at all.

My friends car has been in this shop three times. $800.00 first time $2300.00 second time. Then they forgot to properly attach two parts. The car was returned after the first part, that had not been attached, began to make noise. They did not check to see if the corresponding part was attached, so again the car was returned so the second arm could be attached. Did this Auto shop say they would rush this, oh no, my f... view moreriend has to wait at least several days. She needs to get to the hospital for treatment she has a form of cancer. I find this totally unacceptable. Not a phone call but was told not to call as he was busy.
