I`ve had Haury`s work on my car (which I love intemperately) a number of times over perhaps ten years and have always been completely satisfied. Excellent Work

Haury?ˆ™s Lake City Collision performed repairs on my 2007 Mini Cooper in February, 2012. Haury?ˆ™s was recommended by my barber, my go to person for advice on automobile issues. There was a small dent near the left rear tail light, and the rear bumper sustained damage. The bumper was replaced and the dent was expertly repaired and painted. There were insurance issues that Haury?ˆ™s handled without any involvement on my part. My only out of pocket expense was my deductible. I can`t say enough about how satisfied I am with the Team at Haury`s. And on top of that the insurance company ended up totaling my car. Jeff was so incredibly helpful and really is a consumate consumer advocate!

You should take your Car here!

We have used them two times and been extremely satisfied. My husband?ˆ™s car was almost totaled 14k worth of damage and it looks like it was never hit! We hopefully will never have to use them again but I would 100% recommend them to ANYONE!

They screwed me

I lost my truck for two months as they got into a battle with Allstate over costs. Allstate did not want to pay 4500.00 or more fore the damages I supposedly had on my truck of course there was no body damages. Just structural and yes there was frame damage that needed to be pulled. But in the end when I had my truck towed out of there lot and into a preferred Allstate lot it became increasingly clear they wanted ... view moreto,, STEAL my truck,, I mean $50.00 a day to keep it there. And force me into comparable value scams. I would highly reccomend everyone to stay away from this scam operation, these guys are a joke

Great customer service. Perfect repair to my M3

My car got it in the rear. My ""insurance company"" wanted me to take it to a shop on their list... No Way!! not playing that game... I fell for that once before (huge gaps where the hood met the left fender)... I done with the aftermarket. The good folks at HAURY`s LAKE CITY Collision took care of me. I was told up front before signing anything that the insurance company may not pay for factory parts and factory app... view moreroved repairs. They assured me they would do whatever they could, provide documentation, photos, write letters to congressman, etc., to help me recoup my loss and get my car repaired to preaccident condition.... Well, I have a car that has been in an accident but you would never know it... especially at high speed. The car is as smooth as ever and has a nice glossy fresh paint job.. Thanks HAURY`s, thanks for sticking up for the consumer!!!!!
