Misfortune found my car shopping twice this year. Last month, I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. The vehicle is in excellent condition, they gave me all the information from the inspection including what they upgraded (air filter, oil change, etc). I also got, for free, a limited warrenty on the engine and trasmission. I never felt pressure and was very happy with my experience. It`s always the unhappy people who post reviews. I had a GREAT experience at this dealership. My car was beautiful when I picked it up. I have had a couple concerns since buying and it was handled immediately, no questions... the owner is a very nice man and is very concerned with customers being happy. I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and knew what I was expecting to pay. I found a vehicle advertised by First National and knew I had to see it. When I test drove that truck, I was so impressed by value they were offering, and fully knowing what the truck was really worth, I had my salesman double check to see if the listed price was a mistake. I had an excellent buying experience. My salesman, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and just a great guy all together. Being in the military, I`m used to people trying to get over on me for my ""steady paycheck"" and trying to sell me things I don`t want with their ""special military deals"". I haven`t shopped for many cars in my life and I`ve never found it to be a pleasant experience. I stopped at a few other dealerships on Aurora, and I was hating the whole idea of car shopping. worst place ever. Do not understand customer service. disaster. Not even worth the time to detail all the mishaps. all they want is your money, then they refuse to help thereafter.
