Worst experience ever and they filed incorrect paper!!!

I agree with Tom2678, if I could give these guys a negative I would, totally stay away!!! Not only were they liars, they conned us into signing incorrect paperwork that adversely affected our credit score and applied us for a vehicle financing BUT we paid for the car in full at the time of purchase -- so why on earth were we processed for financing when we paid cash for a car? The sales guy told us all kinds of l... view moreies about what things meant and what was included which was later re-explained correctly, but only after we bought the car. Something that I still can`t believe happened. The finance guy had been on the job less than a week and was such a con artist that I couldn`t believe what was happening. They said we had to sign over the title to our car and sign loan paperwork just to get the price of the new car as we needed total price to go to the bank to get a cashiers check. They said they would shred and rip up the paperwork once the cashiers check was in hand. When we came back 3 business days later, we had been called and threatened by them that we were driving a car that legally belonged to them -- because we had signed over our title -- all because they said it what was required to get the price of a car. Now we are receiving letters stating we were declined for financing because they filled it out incorrectly and we never needed financing. On what planet is that logical and when I demanded to know why their policies were this way they told me I needed to calm down and not be so reactionary. They event went so far as to say that women are the worst to sell cars to because they so emotional. The whole process to purchase a car from them was a nightmare I cried right there on the spot and 3 weeks later are still dealing with the repercussions of their incompetencies and overall lack of humanity. If you want your credit score jacked out of wack, an experience that will leave you numb, and your head filled with lies then go here. If you want to deal with men who`s mouth say one thing but eyes say another, go here. They are the gift that seems to keep on giving. But seriously, absolutely avoid them. The only positive person was the 18 year old who hadn`t been corrupted by their wicked ways.

These guys make used car dealers look bad!!

I really wish I had looked at the online reviews on these guys. They are Liars. I`d give them Zero stars if I could. The other reviewer on here Bunniwodr, gave them 5 stars.. I don`t know, either she works for them or things have really changed since 2009. Do yourself a favor and look at other websites reviews of this place and STAY AWAY!!!!

""By Far the Best Experience...""

We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Robert Nelson in April 2009. It was painless! There was very little back and forth, he was honest and truly listened to what we were willing to spend and didn`t try to fit us into something for more money. We felt we were given a very fair deal. We came in with our own great rate for financing but when we got to financing our finance guy found us an even lower rate. Our Jee... view morep came with both a soft top and hard top, we didn`t get around to putting the soft top up for a couple of months (hey, it`s the Northwest!) when we did we found that the side and back windows were not the correct ones for our Jeep. We informed them and we now have the correct windows for our Jeep. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with an auto dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that values their relationships with their customers we would highly recommend Rairdon`s of Kirkland!!!
