6/17/2012 I was very disapointed in the service i recieved from this store. I called to request a common part and was told they did not have it, no one in the area did, and he would have to order it on for me. (that happens, oh well not a big deal). He quoted me a price at more than double what competitors in the area had quoted me so i asked "what is it that makes this one more than double the price of the... view more same part at another store" He replied "what do you think" in a very condescending tone. I told him " i dont know much about them" he replied "well there you go" also very condescendingly. I hopped in my truck to go down and have a chat with him and hopefully talk to his manager and found he was the Owner of the store. I had my words with him and left, called the next closest Napa, and they had the part in stock for 5 dollars less. Very poor customer service, dont waste your time here, get to know the people in Woodinville since this store will likely be closed soon anyhow with management like that.

dont` follow through with what they say

we needed a car part that they did not have in-stock or at a nearby store. They ordered it on Sunday and said it would be in probably on Tuesday, but maybe on Monday. He was friendly and took our number and asked us if we would like to be called when it was in. We certainly did since our car was out of commission without the part. Wednesday afternoon came around and we still hadn`t gotten a call. When I called th... view moreem they said they didn`t see the part and ask who we`d talked to. Then, t hey found the part and read the ""call when in"" note right to me. I would think they would pay more attention to car parts people are waiting for since they probably need them right away --- and schucks auto could`ve gotten in it the next day for us.
