After having the rear end of my brand new Toyota Corolla XRS demolished in September of 2011, I called Magic Toyota and asked where to take it to get it fixed using real Toyota parts and good workmanship--they said GO TO ARA. In a word, OUTSTANDING. ARA did a great job getting my car in quickly, explaining the damages and repairs needed, & setting my expectations about timing. They also kept me informed; I never had to call them to follow up - they called me first every time. If not, they will give you a call to discuss so you aren`t blindsided by the extra costs. I recently brought my car in for a little scratch/dent repair and my car looks like new! Not to mention the awesome service they have given my husband, who has had the pleasure of bringing his car in three times withing the past few years.
