There were a couple places I got estimates from, most of them telling me I should buy a new transmission. I was not going to do that because I didn?ˆ™t think the problem could be that serious. Central transmission had a great price and the person I dealt with was a pleasure to deal with. I was extremely happy with the services provided.

We knew our transmission was going out and would soon need to be replaced. When that happened we just dropped it off and picked it up a few days later. They did a great, fast job on the trans and got it back sooner than we had originally thought.

They were nice over the phone and gave us a quote for the rebuild. That price was the same when we arrived there to drop of the car and the same when we picked it up. We were glad to find an upfront, honest mechanic. The car is running well with no problems so I can vouch for their work as well.

Ok- we all know transmission work can be expensive- a fair amount of labor and lots of parts spinning around inside an aluminum case. Ive been to central twice over the years and both time, Central Transmission and their crew have done expert work at a reasonable price.. They go out of their way to explain the diagnosis and what your options are.

I knew it was going to take a lot to get my car up and running but I was surprised to get my bill when I took it into Central Transmission. I came here with a strong recommendation that they will take care of me. I haven`t had the best luck choosing mechanics, but I was assured these guys are good. They took care of my car, and while I had some issues still afterwards, they took it back again and now it`s running perfectly.
