We had them come out recently to replace our windshield of our van. They told us they would be here between 1pm and 5pm and would give us a call 30 min before they came. At 4:30 we still hadn`t heard from them (after sitting around waiting for them all afternoon) so we called. They said the tech got held up but would be there before 5. We didn`t even get a call from the tech until 5:20 and then he didn`t show up for ... view moreanother 15 min. It then took him an hour and a half to replace the windshield. To top it all off, everyone leaves the office at 5 so we couldn`t even contact anyone after that. When we called them the next morning they seemed to care less about our time wasted waiting for them. What a waste of a whole afternoon and evening. Needless to say, we will not be returning and we would never recommend them to anyone we know.
