DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We just took our minivan into him to have the sway bar fixed and Carlito proceeded to give a lot of excuses and extremely over complicate an easy process. None of the repairs were done on time or as promised. Nor did he even call us to let us know he didn`t have the work done and he always had more excuses. When we showed up at our appointment time (noon) at his shop, there was no on... view moree there. It took him over 40 minutes to even show up once I called him. He took over 26 hours to fix something that should only take an hour or two to fix. He ended up holding our vehicle hostage and we almost had to call the police to get it back. He ended up over charging us for the repairs. When we called him to resolve the overcharge, he refused to refund the money and hung up on us. To make matters worse, when Carlito come to pick us up in our van, he ended up driving at over 40mph in a 25mph zone. While he was driving our vehicle speeding and driving aggressively, he gloated that he is a Christan and runs a Christian company. Don`t believe that line or his lines about about how he treats single women well in his business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I believe they should not be in business with their work ethics. Always check the BBB and local reviews before choosing a mechanic. We wish we had done more! DO NOT trust your vehicle to this person!
