Very rude sales people, and horrible customer service,
I test drove a 2011 x3 on 12/20/2010 with Michael Torchia, when I first met him he was little rude but warmed up after the test drive. He wasn?ˆ™t really knowledgeable about the car, and he didn?ˆ™t seem to want to sell me the car. On the 12/22/2010, I was test drove a Volvo XC90 with the Barrier salesman named Rovic Clemente, During our test drive I decided to compare the Volvo XC90 to the BMW x3. Rovic was a little ... view morenervous going inside a BMW dealership, but he came along anyway. We walked inside the BMW dealership, no greeted us, so then I walked to the receptionist desk. Even the receptionist demeanor was unfriendly, she asks me ?ˆ?was I was working with Michael,?ˆ? and I replied ?ˆ?yes?ˆ?. The receptionist said that ?ˆ?Michael was not here,?ˆ? and I replied ?ˆ?that?ˆ™s okay,?ˆ? I only wanted to compare the x3 to the Volvo. Since Michael was off the receptionist contacted another salesman named Jonathan Young. He was rude from our first encounter, even the Volvo salesman Rovic thought Mr. Young was rude. After the test drive, the Volvo salesman Rovic said ?ˆ?I should buy the x3?ˆ?, and I replied, ?ˆ?don?ˆ™t you want to purchase a car from you??ˆ? His reply was ?ˆ?he wanted to see his customer happy.?ˆ? Rovic is the nicest salesman I have met in a long time. I do like the x3, but I will never buy a car from either salesman or that dealership.

Horrible customer service and inept repair work
I took my car in for some body work and, while there, to have the 60K mile inspection performed and a detail. I asked them to turnkey the bodywork and do the 60K check and detail while it was there. They gave me a loaner car and assigned me a service advisor who was my contact while the work was being performed.

This is one inept company, focused on profit but clearly not on quality or customer service. I pick... view moreed up my car only to find that all the stuff they could charge me for was done -- the 60K mile inspection and the detail -- but the body damage was never fixed, never even attempted! My car hadn`t even visited the body shop. When I pointed this out to the customer service agent, she refused to return my calls and I had to escalate to the GM of the dealer and the service manager. They eventually got my car to the body shop and extended the loaner car. When I got my car home my radiator started hissing steam. After calling the service advisor again to find out what to do -- drive it, tow it -- I filled up the radiator with coolant and drove it to work the next morning where it again hissed steam and the radiator was bone dry -- not a drop of coolant left. They sent a tow truck, brought it back to the dealer and had it back to me the same day. When I asked the service manage why they missed the leak problem with the coolant tank/hose, he claimed it was pure coincidence that somewhere after the did their work and when they returned it to me (?) the tank cracked. I have a tough time believing that. This was a comedy of incompetence on so many levels. Bellevue BMW`s poor workmanship, their inept customer service agent, and their exorbitant prices all coupled to leave a horrible taste in my mouth. And in talking to friends I`ve found other customers of theirs so dissatisfied that they end up going to BMW Fife to buy cars. I`m just surprised to find that there aren`t more critical accounts of the deplorable service Bellevue BMW gives it`s customers.
