Stay away from this shop unles...
Stay away from this shop unless you just need an oil change or tires. They have no idea what they are doing with any other problem. I went in with a transmission problem and they misdiagnoised it as needing a service. Leaving the shop it still slipped, actually worse than before. Took it back and they added an additive and said that was all it needed. It didn`t. It needed the transmission rebuilt which was quic... view morekly diagnoised at another shop. When asked for a portion of my money back because nothing clearly got fixed, I was refused and rudely at that.

Great place for tires and service!
My family has been using Autotek for quite some time. Myself only recently.
Oil changes are regularly done here by my parents, and have had no mishaps as they had at the chain oil change places. I had a warranty service interval for my Hyundai performed here. Price was amazingly cheap compared against the dealer. Inspected car for a noise I was having at the same time for no extra charge.
George is very friend... view morely and helpful, ringing me up and even picking tires up and hauling them back out to my truck as I brought the old tires/wheels from my car already removed.
With no appointment, I was told to bring the tires/wheels in, and I`d have them back in 45 minutes. Dropped them off, went around the town a bit, sure enough, 45 minutes later, they are ready. They were also very reasonably priced, I was out the door for what discount tire would have charged me, if not less!
I believe this is one of those rare places in the automotive world where you have someone who isn`t just throwing parts at the problem at your expense...I heard them tell a customer that it MIGHT be a problem with their O2 sensor, however they were going to do more testing to make sure, instead of flat out saying they would replace it...which would have been easier for them, but more expensive to the customer. Clean place too. Nice waiting room, etc.
Only one thing I don`t like, on the off-chance that they read this, is that the previous time I had my car in, the tires were rotated, and the lug nuts were obviously put on with an impact gun. Now don`t get me wrong, I`ve never been to a tire place that didn`t put them on this way, however it is not correct. When I tried to get the lug nuts off, I couldn`t (I`m a male in my 30`s who works on my non-warranteed vehicles all the time). Luckily I was at home and had a large enough breaker bar to get them loose...on the highway, this would leave you stranded with a flat you couldn`t change. As a matter of fact, this is one reason I bring the wheels in off of the vehicle.
But again, don`t let that taint your view...they do good work and are very accomodating and very affordable. I whole heartedly will recommend them to my friends, and very rarely can I do that when it comes to automotive places.
