WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Auburn Volkswagen has the worst customer service! I leased a Passat in the middle of November and the Salesman told me that my billing cycle will not start until Jan. Yet I received a bill for Dec. I tried to contact him and his response is he will take care of it. I did not receive a call for over a week so I decided to call for myself. I then tried to call for a Finance Manager and he told me he will look into it a... view morend call me back the next day. Still no phone call and I called him twice after that. Then I tried to talk to someone else, a Sales Manager and same situation; no return call. Lastly, I spoke to ANOTHER Sales Manager and he told me that I have to pay for it no matter what. Meaning I was lied to when the Salesman told me my payment won`t start until Jan AND I just wasted my time when the first person I talked to could have told me that in the first place. I talked to FOUR people and out of three of them did not do what they said they would and the fourth person was a complete a**hole. Speaking to me like I`m s*upid. If I could return my car, I would. That is how bad I do not like their company. THIS WILL BE MY LAST LEASE!!!

Great experience in Service Dept
I purchased a Passat from Auburn VW and used their service department for everything from regular oil changes to warranty things from time to time. Their loaner car policy was exceptional and their team was always helpful and friendly. While I only interacted with the sales person a few times (and it was positive), their overall service experience is what earned me as a loyal customer. Best Customer Service for ANY Dealership!
I`m not sure why someone posted terrible customer service back in 2008. All I can think of is this dealership changed hands.
Just brought my vehicle in for service. Never have i left more comfortable during what can be an expensive and sometimes frustrating experience for a car owner. The service agent went through all my options and even found a few items that had just recently been recalled. The quote came... view more in less than what the local dealer quoted. The loaner car was in perfect condition and i felt proud to drive the loaner rather than feeling like i should put on a mask and hide from everyone. By the end of the day my car was ready and I was hoping i could pick mine up the following day in the mid to late morning since my wife had an appointment near there.... NO WORRIES he said, we`ll see your wife tomorrow around 10 or so.
You think I might be biased? My wife calls me the minute she left the dealership and explained her experience. Her favorite VW dealer in Seattle has just been replaced by Auburn VW she said. The service agent took the time to go over the receipt and the work that had been done even though i had previously gone over this with him.
From buying to servicing my vehicle, not only did I receive great service but so did my wife! This dealership HAD to of changed ownership because this owner would never settle for anything but the best. OH and have you seen their commercials on TV and what they do for our community? TOP NOTCH!!!!!

Highly recommend you visit them and give them 1 chance. That`s all they need!

Nothing but Trouble
I wouldn`t buy another car from Auburn VW and wouldn`t recommend them to any of my friends and family. I purchased a 2003 VW Jetta and had problems the day I drove it off the lot. Because I was persistant, they fixed the (a recall!) problems. I ended up purchasing a 3 year warranty because I dreaded more problems. Good thing I did becasue within 6 months I was back with more issues. They didn`t want to fix them all..... view more..insisted I fix a couple and come back (and pay another $100 deductible) if other problems persisted. Here I am another 6 months later paying another $100 deductible - plus the extras that aren`t covered. Take the car home on Friday and need to bring it back again the next Monday. If the service guys were more helpful - and didn`t ignore what I ask - and talk over the top of me....I may be a bit more forgiving. But one guy in particular needs serious customer service training . I learned my lesson - and will have to suffer for quite a few years. But in the future, I will stick to Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent (bought 3 cars there with NO problems). I hope this information helps others make a better buying decision.

staff needs to learn some customer service skills. over all they get what you need done but are not always professional in the way say things.
