My husband contacted this business two weeks before we were scheduled to make a trip up to the Seattle area. He wanted to replace the trunk lid to my 2000 Jetta, and called specifically to ask whether the web page was correct and they had it in stock. He was told yes they had four and that the price was correct. HE SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE WEBSITE REFLECTED INVENTORY OR WHETHER HE NEEDED TO CALL AGAIN AND HE WAS T... view moreOLD THAT THE WEBSITE WAS CORRECT! HE AND MY FATHER WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY AND THEY HAD NONE OF THE FOUR LISTED PRESENT. When my husband was speaking with the employee, the employee was extremely rude and sarcastic. My Hubby also noted that while there web page seems to indicate that they have a large shop with many german autos and parts it is actually very small and has a limited selection. Their web page is misleading an apparently not updated at all. It`s also aryconcerning that the web page does not identify who the owner of this business is. Do not waste your time and energy trying to locate anything from this business. Today was their loss as we love our volkswagens and are currently restoring a cabriolet!

Dishonest

Better to go somewhere else. They will rip you off by selling parts that are no good. Their service is terrible over priced and dirty. If you must get a part from them DEMAND a cash refund....Once they get your money they do not care and your on your own. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Better to go to Campell-Nelson for used German parts.
