I got my brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced last year from this location. At the time they provided a year warranty on the work (I don`t remember if it covered labor). I`ve had my car for 6 years without trouble and in under a year after brake replacement the brakes started squealing again! I took my car to them again and they said everything was ""fine"" and that perhaps the brake pads were a bit cracked. Sin... view morece it was under warranty I asked them to replace the pads and was told that labor would be charged even if pads werent. I agreed to the amount quoted (about 73 dollars) only to be slapped with a 190 or so bill for resurfacing the rotors again. What`s the point of a warranty if I have to shell out this much for what can be best described as shady workmanship the first time around?

Avoid the Midas `touch` to your car. Highly disappointed customer.

Always dependable

I have been using this well hidden Midas for about 20 years now. I have never had a problem here, Honesty and being fair seems to be the policy at this Midas Muffler. I trust them for just about any needs my car has. They have even stayed late to make sure I would have the car in time for work. You can`t ask for more, maybe it`s the small shop or the hidden location but, they are a well kept secret in Bellevue.
