We perform a no charge pre-check (diagnostic service) on every vehicle before any service or repair is recommended. This includes a basic computer scan, fluid check, road test, and minor adjustment diagnosis. If a transmission service is required we then change the fluid, clean or replace the filter, make all necessary adjustments, road test and final lift check for leaks.

I would rate less than one star if I could! The receipt clearly states that all labor comes with a 12 month warranty. They charged over $1000 to "fix" the transmission, but the repair they did never fixed my grinding problem. On top of that they say they need to replace the same parts they just installed to fix the transmission again! AND at my own cost. This was the diagnosis after having the car there for... view more a week and a half! And it has only been 5 months since the original repair. Horrible customer service from the manager, Terrance. Was hung up on by the lady that answers the phone when I explained my complaint. I feel that i was treated poorly and seems they are only out for the companys main interest, money!
