OMG! Do you know that if you get services and you aren?ˆ™t happy, or they break your stuff, or they don?ˆ™t do a good job you have to pay anyway, or YOU are stealing from THEM? Can you believe it? I took my scooter into JC CYCLES in Aberdeen ?ˆ“ (against my better judgment because LOTS of people have told me they aren?ˆ™t very good with customers) ?ˆ“ and they told me I?ˆ™d have my bike at the end of the week. A week later I s... view moretopped by and they couldn?ˆ™t even figure out how to get to the battery, by opening the hatch with the key ?ˆ“ so I had to show them. They had bent the key by that time. At the beginning of the third week I kept calling and they kept telling me they would get to it...but they didn?ˆ™t call me back when they said they would. Finally, three weeks after I dropped it off they finally say its done. When I went to get it ?ˆ“ it wasn?ˆ™t running and they had to use carb fluid to get it started?ˆ¦I should have known then. THAT is the last time it was running. I paid the $150.00 bill ?ˆ“ but oh wow ?ˆ“ when I got it home it never started again. When I went to look at the battery, the key broke off in the lock! When I called them to complain they didn?ˆ™t offer any solution ?ˆ“ they hung up on us! There were several phone calls between us but the owner was anything BUT nice and offered absolutely NO solution ?ˆ“ no matter how many times we said it wasn?ˆ™t working she kept saying it was. So, once it drove off their lot ?ˆ“ they assume they are done with their repairs! No guaranty ?ˆ“ no standing by their work. So, we stopped payment on the check. Sound reasonable? Still ?ˆ“ no call ?ˆ“ no offer of resolution?ˆ¦ A letter comes in the mail threatening to turn us in for THEFT OF SERVICES!!! What Services? You put in a new battery, didn?ˆ™t fix what I took it there for AND, they broke not only the key but the lock. Nice. A week later we get an Aberdeen Police officer calls threatening to file charges on US due to theft of services. OMG! Can you believe it? THIS is why people leave Aberdeen to shop and spend money?ˆ¦Aberdeen has a reputation of their small business owners being rude, obnoxious and providing poor quality work?ˆ¦.The integrity of JC Cycles in Aberdeen WA leads the pack, folks. NO INTEGRITY ?ˆ“ No Character ?ˆ“ and plain old thieves. So, I?ˆ™m out almost $200.00 and can?ˆ™t even ride my bike. I have to ?ˆ“ and gladly will, drive this thing 45 miles away to get quality and timely service. I will NEVER EVER give JC Cycles a positive word of reference!!!! They are jerks and thieves on top of it.
