I have not had any experience with their sales dept, but their service dept is top notch. I bought my first diesel in CA just before I moved to WA, and the first time I walked into this service dept, my fist contact was with the manager, Jim Garner. I kid you not, he spent about 45 minutes with me, he looked up my VIN in the computer and educated me on what my truck had in it, what work had been done to it and what... view more things I needed to know as a first time diesel owner. It was clear to me that Jim was passionate about cars and trucks and the internal workings of these vehicles and how to take care of my investment and not just to sell me services that I didn`t need. For as long as I live in this area, this is where I`ll bring my F250.

excellent!

the salesmen are friendly and the website is superb! They won`t misquote themselves and they try their darndest to get you into a car even if your credit isn`t perfect! The website is fantastic! Check them out on the web by going to lakewoodford.net (not *dot com* as this is another dealership that I found out in a different state. lol)
